Nel corso del mandato sarebbe opportuno vedere intervenire l'agenzia Tecnocasa e non solo l'agente che per un caso fortuito, o no, ha risposto al telefono.
Bene a inizio percorso nonostante il prezzo palesemente gonfiato. Purtroppo la gara al ribasso è stata poco ponderata e mal gestita.
Male verso lo scadere della procura con forse un tentativo maldestro di prolungare col tacito assenso. Alla conclusione del contratto si è assistito ad un imbarazzante silenzio.
