★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giorni fa ho fissato un appuntamento per visionare un immobile in vendita, il giorno prima dell'appuntamento un messaggio whatsapp della solerte agenzia mi ricordava l'appuntamento fissato. Mi sono presentato puntualmente e dopo aver aspettato un quarto d'ora al freddo ho chiamato l'agenzia. Mi veniva comunicato che purtroppo l'incaricato aveva avuto un problema imprevisto e che quindi l'appuntamento saltava non potendo inviarmi nessun altro al suo posto. Pazienza posso capire, mattinata persa ma anche la rassicurazione che al lunedì mi avrebbero richiamato per fissare un nuovo appuntamento. Mai più sentiti. Credo che in futuro mai mi rivolgerò a questa agenzia né per vendere né per acquistare vista la scarsa professionalità.
Days ago I made an appointment to view a property for sale, the day before the appointment a whatsapp message from the diligent agency reminded me of the appointment. I showed up on time and after waiting a quarter of an hour in the cold I called the agency. I was told that unfortunately the person in charge had had an unforeseen problem and that therefore the appointment was skipped since he could not send me anyone else in his place. Patience I can understand, lost morning but also the reassurance that on Monday they would call me back to make a new appointment. Never heard from again. I believe that in the future I will never turn to this agency either to sell or to buy given the lack of professionalism.
