In una fase successiva ci siamo recati sul posto per verificare di persona gli appartamenti che avevamo selezionato. Così abbiamo conosciuto il personale dell Agenzia che ci ha fatto subito un’ottima impressione e ci ha guidato nella scelta definitiva con competenza, professionalità e cortesia. Dalla fase del compromesso in poi siamo stati affiancati in particolare da Alessio De Simone che ci è stato accanto, risolvendo con celerità e competenza, le varie problematiche legate al rogito (a cui ha fisicamente partecipato), aiutandoci e rispondendo a tutti i vari quesiti e dubbi che accompagnano le fasi della compravendita

My wife and I met the real estate agency through the internet, living very far from the headquarters (Tortoreto) where we bought our second home.
At a later stage we went to the site to personally check the apartments we had selected. So we met the staff of the Agency who immediately made an excellent impression on us and guided us in the final choice with competence, professionalism and courtesy. From the stage of the compromise onwards we have been supported in particular by Alessio De Simone who was by our side, solving the various problems related to the deed (in which he physically participated), helping us and answering all the various questions and doubts that accompany the stages of the sale
I highly recommend The Agency to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and competent structure

Poco seri e davvero poco professionali
