IT IS USELESS TO WRITE POEMI AS TO HOW THINGS WENT (DESPITE A CHECK LEFT FOR SECURITY TO BLOCK THE HOUSE .....) just a few words .. Negative experience, filial not serious and unreliable. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia compagnia ci siamo recati in questa agenzia dopo aver visto un loro annuncio di una casa in affitto. Prendiamo appuntamento telefonico e andiamo a vedere questa casa venerdì. Ci piace, decidiamo di fare una proposta. Quindi ci rechiamo in agenzia il giorno dopo, sabato, e comunichiamo di volerla affittare. La signora ci dice di essere piena di impegni in quei giorni e ci da quindi appuntamento dopo 4 giorni per portare i documenti e fare la proposta. 24 ore prima dell'appuntamento veniamo chiamati da un'altra signora dell'agenzia che ci comunica di non andare più perché lunedì è stata fatta una proposta per quella casa ed è quindi in trattativa. Ci "consola" dicendoci che se non fosse andata a buon fine saremmo stati i primi a essere contattati.
Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro da delle persone incompetenti e poco professionali.
Se ci dai appuntamento mercoledì perché prima non riesci e ci dici che nessun altro ha fatto proposte e siamo i primi com'è possibile che lunedì hai avuto tempo di ricevere una proposta?
Personale scadente, poco professionale.
Vergognoso.

My company and I went to this agency after seeing their advert for a rental house. We make an appointment by phone and go see this house on Friday. We like it, we decide to make a proposal. So we go to the agency the next day, Saturday, and communicate that we want to rent it. The lady tells us to be full of commitments in those days and then gives us an appointment after 4 days to bring the documents and make the proposal. 24 hours before the appointment we are called by another lady from the agency who tells us not to go anymore because on Monday a proposal was made for that house and is therefore under negotiation. He "consoles" us by telling us that if it were not successful we would be the first to be contacted.
We felt cheated by incompetent and unprofessional people.
If you give us an appointment on Wednesday because you can't first and you tell us that no one else has made proposals and we are the first how is it possible that on Monday you had time to receive a proposal?
Poor staff, unprofessional.
Shameful.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
