Chiamo per visitare un monolocale da poco in vendita e mi dicono che addirittura hanno già concluso....strano mi dico dato che era appena apparso l'annuncio ma non dico niente. Allora la signora o signorina mi propone un monolocale analogo che si trova proprio di fronte a quello per cui ho telefonato, nello stesso palazzo..dico ok ..grazie! Quando posso venire a vederlo ? Per me va bene anche oggi! No no mi risponde l'incaricata ...non lo possiamo far vedere a nessuno perché lo abbiamo appena preso in carico e non avremo le chiavi prima di giovedì! Quindi le do appuntamento venerdì! Lei è la prima in assoluto...l'annuncio non è ancora uscito! Va benissimo! rispondo. A venerdì! Be' voi non ci credete ma venerdì mattina mi chiamano per annullare l'appuntamento dicendomi che ormai hanno ricevuto una proposta di acquisto! Devo aggiungere altro? Ho dato uno nella valutazione giusto perché di meno non si può dare...

It's okay for me today too! No no the person in charge replies me ... we cannot show it to anyone because we have just taken charge of it and we will not have the keys before Thursday! So I'll meet you on Friday! She is the first ever ... the announcement has not yet come out! It's fine! I answer. See you on Friday! Well you don't believe it but on Friday morning they call me to cancel the appointment telling me that by now they have received a purchase proposal! Do I need to add anything else? I gave one in the right evaluation because less can't be given ...
