★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato a Luglio 19 un immobile, devo dire che gli ho trovati professionali e cortesi dalla prima visita al momento del rogito, per ogni nostra esigenza o necessità.
Unico grande neo (motivo delle tre stelle), il pagamento della rata condominiale è leggermente più alta di quella che ci era stata indicata in fase di trattativa e compromesso. E sopratutto, alla prima riunione condominiale è emerso che devono essere eseguiti dei lavori di ristrutturazione dell'intero palazzo per i quali era stato già nominato da tempo un Direttore Lavori (ovviamente avevamo chiesto in fase di visita se c'erano lavori straordinari da dover eseguire visto la fatiscenza di alcune parti del palazzo, ed avevamo ricevuto risposta negativa).
Ad onor del vero, non c'è stata nessuna delibera ufficiale, ma nella pratica a breve i lavori si dovranno iniziare....
A seguito della suddetta riunione, ho provveduto a contattare l'agenzia la quale mi ha detto che per entrambe le cose ne era all'oscuro e che si sarebbe informata. In tutta sincerità, credo anche nella loro buona fede, ma nella pratica, ci troviamo a dover sostenere una ristrutturazione del palazzo a pochissimi mesi dall'acquisto di casa...
Penso che per chi acquista una casa con un'agenzia, sia doveroso essere messi al corrente di tali dinamiche, e che tali informazioni debbano essere necessariamente conosciute dalla stessa agenzia essendo parte integrante del loro ruolo all'interno della trattativa di un immobile.

I think that for those who buy a house with an agency, it is necessary to be aware of these dynamics, and that such information must necessarily be known by the same agency being an integral part of their role in the negotiation of a property.
