★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo venduto e contemporaneamente acquistato casa con Riccardo Buson e Alex Pietrobon: un agente immobiliare non deve necessariamente essere simpatico, deve piuttosto e soprattutto essere bravo, capace, professionale e con la totale e assoluta padronanza del mercato immobiliare di quel determinato contesto e di quel particolare momento.
Bene.... Riccardo ed Alex la simpatia non la cercano per forza ma, insieme alla fiducia del cliente, se la guadagnano con la loro estrema ed assoluta presenza, con il loro impegno, con la loro professionalità;
danno costantemente la percezione di avere sempre e comunque la situazione in pugno e sotto controllo cercando di assecondare le esigenze del cliente e contemporaneamente fugando i dubbi che inevitabilmente possono esserci nel corso delle trattative di compravendita.
Coppia professionalmente perfetta, all'entusiasmo e alla "passione" del giovane ma già bravissimo Ricardo si uniscono la "flemma" e l'esperienza del navigato Alex in un mix perfetto di competenza, professionalità e presenza costante sul territorio.
Per vendere bene ed acquistare meglio si passa da loro, non c'è verso!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, dopo aver trovato la casa giusta hanno venduto il nostro appartamento in pochi giorni ad un prezzo superiore di quanto lo valutavano altre agenzie della zona. Sanno guadagnare bene sulle vendite ma fanno guadagnare anche il cliente quindi il gioco ne vale la candela.
Un grazie ad Alex che è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.
