★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono professionali e, mi dispiace dirlo, anche poco competenti.
Con due agenti diversi ho visitato tre appartamenti nessuno dei quali rispettava le mie poche esigenze, in più è stato davvero fastidioso l'atteggiamento di sufficienza con cui entrambi hanno provato a convincermi del contrario. Un garage mi è stato "spacciato" come camera matrimoniale da ultimare oppure uno studio mi è stato proposto come zona giorno.
Poco professionale anche il fatto che nessuno dei due agenti fosse "preparato" alla vendita, è inammissibile che mi si porti a vedere un appartamento di cui non si sanno i metri calpestabili, l'ape, la data di costruzione, se sono stati o meno deliberati interventi nelle parti comuni o quale sia lo stato degli impianti.
Inoltre per ben due volte sono dovuto andare a prendere io in agenzia l'agente immobiliare.
Un sorriso e l'essere alla mano non bastano per "fare" un professionista.
They are not professional and, I am sorry to say, also not very competent.
With two different agents I visited three apartments none of which met my few needs, plus the attitude of sufficiency with which they both tried to convince me of the contrary was really annoying. A garage was "passed off" to me as a double bedroom to be completed or a studio was proposed to me as a living area.
Unprofessional also the fact that neither of the two agents was "prepared" for the sale, it is inadmissible that you take me to see an apartment of which you do not know the walkable meters, the bee, the date of construction, whether or not they were approved interventions in the common areas or what the state of the plants is.
In addition, twice I had to go and pick up the real estate agent at the agency.
A smile and being easy-going are not enough to "make" a professional.

Il mio giudizio è stra positivo quindi consiglio Tecnocasa a chi vuole vendere o comparare un immobile. Per ultimo ma non meno importante, un grazie speciale e particolare a Gianni Villanacci, responsabile della filiale di Pesaro, per la cura, serietà e professionalità dimostrata che ha nei confronti dei propri clienti! I contacted Tecnocasa in mid-December 2020 because I wanted to sell my apartment and thanks to the advice and targeted selection of only potential customers who are truly interested in my type of apartment, in just two months I was able to sell the house. My opinion is very positive so I recommend Tecnocasa to anyone who wants to sell or compare a property.
