★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio segnalare con piacere la serietà e la professionalità di questa agenzia, in particolare del suo titolare Mauro Giacometti, che mi ha supportato con efficienza, disponibilità e gentilezza nel difficile percorso di vendita del mio appartamento di Mostacciano zona B.
Difficile, perché oggi vendere un immobile è un po' come un percorso ad ostacoli tra incombenze amministrative, obblighi di legge ed urbanistici, rapporti con i potenziali acquirenti e la fase conclusiva di stipula dal notaio. Nel mio caso poi si trattava dell’immobile dei miei genitori e quindi con una componente affettiva per me molto rilevante, messo in vendita solo per necessità familiari di reinvestimento in un’altra città.
L’agenzia mi ha indirizzato al meglio nelle attuali dinamiche di mercato e mi ha offerto un servizio non solo di tipo commerciale ma anche di tipo tecnico mettendomi a disposizione competenze di tecnici professionisti, necessari al completamento degli obblighi e della documentazione, di estrema serietà e disponibilità.

I want to report with pleasure the seriousness and professionalism of this agency, in particular of its owner Mauro Giacometti, who has supported me with efficiency, availability and kindness in the difficult sales process of my apartment in Mostacciano area B.
Difficult, because selling a property today is a bit like an obstacle course between administrative tasks, legal and urban planning obligations, relationships with potential buyers and the final phase of stipulation by the notary. In my case then it was my parents' property and therefore with an emotional component very important to me, offered for sale only for family reinvestment needs in another city.
The agency has directed me to the best in the current market dynamics and has offered me a service not only of a commercial but also of a technical type, providing me with the skills of professional technicians, necessary for the completion of obligations and documentation, extremely serious and availability.

Penso che nel mondo di oggi non sia facile trovare una persona di questo spessore, professionale e umano, e spero che questa mia recensione possa esser d'aiuto per chi avesse bisogno di rivolgersi ad una agenzia seria.
When you find, after a long search, the house you like, you fear that a wrong offer could make you lose it, and you are assailed by many doubts, and you are afraid of making mistakes or underestimating important aspects.
