Così come speravo, sono stato seguito con serietà e professionalità durante l'intero percorso di acquisto (dalla primissima visita dell'immobile fino all'atto di rogito finale), anche durante le complicanze e i ritardi prodotti inevitabilmente dall'attuale pandemia. Ho avuto da Fabio sempre il consiglio più giusto anche nel mio interesse (non solo nell'interesse del venditore), che mi ha consentito di iniziare e concludere con serenità quell'iter stressante che va dalla proposta e finisce con il rogito. Ogni problema che mi ha posto la banca nell'erogazione del mutuo è stato subito risolto dall'agenzia; ogni documentazione richiesta dal perito è stata subito prodotta; addirittura si sono interessati anche ad ausiliarmi nella voltura delle utenze!
