Agenti poco professionali e poco competenti.

ESPERIENZA PESSIMA. Ero interessato ad acquistare un immobile, chiedo la documentazione (che mi hanno sempre dato le altre agenzie immobiliari), mi girano intorno senza dare le dovute chiarezze.
SECONDO LORO DOVEVO COMPRARE L'IMMOBILE A SCATOLA CHIUSA.
SE VOLEVO UNA SORPRESA COMPRAVO UN OVETTO KINDER.
Quando la volpe non arriva all'uva dice che è acerba.NON SI TRATTA DI ACCANIMENTO MA DI CORRETTEZZA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso mettere ZERO stelle perché purtroppo non si può. Ero interessata ad un immobile, preso appuntamento per avere chiarimenti a voce mi dicono che la casa è a norma di legge. Passiamo al secondo appuntamento, chiedo di vedere una visura della planimetria aggiornata e mi fanno vedere una piantina dell'immobile. Mi sa che non parliamo la stessa lingua?
ZERO PROFESSIONALITÀ. Dimenticavo, nella proposta d'acquisto risulta che l'immobile dal punto di vista catastale è da verificare, mi domando perché mi abbiano proposto un immobile senza prima fare le dovute verifiche.
PESSIMA ESPERIENZA
In risposta al proprietario: la visura della planimetria esiste e viene rilasciata dal catasto
