Sono molti mesi che vorrei vedere una casa a Frascati, ma non è proprio fattibile.
Prima nn è possibile xchè il proprietario ha imposto degli orari impraticabili,da b&b.
Dopo mesi gli orari di visita diventano praticabili, non vengo contattata e così avviano una trattativa con altro acquirente. Ovviamente protesto...
Quando la trattativa in corso non viene conclusa, mi chiamano e fisso finalmente un appuntamento x visitare la casa alle 15.30 di un lunedì.
Io puntualissima sono davanti al portone e alle 15.50 con un messaggino l'appuntamento viene annullato.
Trovo che nn ci si può improvvisare venditori..... bisogna imparare molto ma molto..in primis la puntualità.

I have been wanting to see a house in Frascati for many months, but it's not really feasible.
Before it is not possible because the owner has imposed impractical times, from b & b.
After months the visiting hours become practicable, I am not contacted and so they start a negotiation with another buyer. Obviously I protest ...
When the ongoing negotiation is not concluded, they call me and finally set an appointment to visit the house at 3.30 pm on a Monday.
I am very punctual in front of the door and at 15.50 with a text message the appointment is canceled.
I find that nn you can improvise salesmen ..... you have to learn a lot, a lot .. first of all punctuality.
Failure experience.
