Ma guidare una persona nella ricerca, acquisto e addirittura nel post vendita (cosa che non compete l'agenzia immobiliare) è anch'esso difficile.
Ci vuole pazienza, bisogna saper mediare con l'acquirente ed il venditore, bisogna essere preparati per rispondere alle mille domande.
Grazie a Davide abbiamo trovato la casa che volevamo, ci ha aiutato in tutto ed anche di più!
Ripeto, anche dopo l'atto ha risposto alle nostre tante domande ed addirittura ha voluto essere presente alla consegna dell'immobile per vedere se la casa era in ordine.
LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!
