★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questa agenzia personale maleducato è bugiardo dicono una cosa e poi ne fanno un altra, mentre parli al telefono ti fischiano come fossi su uno stadio, sopratutto dalla signora Federica persona che di professionalità non sa neanche il significato.... Vergogna.
 I strongly advise against this rude personal agency is a liar they say one thing and then they do another, while you talk on the phone they whistle at you as if you were on a stadium, especially from Mrs. Federica, a person who does not even know the meaning of professionalism .... Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei 10 stelle, voi vi chiederete come mai? Le agenzie immobiliari non prendono solo soldi, e anche tanti, per non fare nulla? Beh posso garantirvi che in questa agenzia sono soldi davvero spesi bene. In particolare sono stato seguito dall'agente Federica S. Che mi ha seguito dall'inizio fino al rogito dal notaio, con una scrupolosità ineccepibile. Si è prodigata nella produrre tutta la documentazione possibile ed inimmaginabile dell'immobile, nel procurarmi vari preventivi di notai e tutto quanto la burocrazia italiana, purtroppo, ci mette a disposizione in questo paese. Questo è sinonimo di professionalità, di conoscenza assoluta del proprio lavoro, e di concretezza e abnegazione nello svolgere il compito assegnatogli. Tutto questo me lo conferma anche il venditore che si e affidato a questa agenzia e alla medesima persona. Ve la consiglio sia per chi compra, sia per chi vende.

It has done its utmost to produce all the possible and unimaginable documentation of the building, in procuring various notaries' estimates and all that the Italian bureaucracy, unfortunately, puts at our disposal in this country. This is synonymous with professionalism, absolute knowledge of one's work, and concreteness and self-sacrifice in carrying out the task assigned to him. All this is confirmed to me by the seller who has entrusted himself to this agency and to the same person. I recommend it for both buyers and sellers.

Il signor Giovanni, che se avesse scelto la carriera diplomatica sarebbe ora come minimo ambasciatore a Washington, mi ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine nell'acquisto della mia prima casa.
La situazione era complicata e c'è voluto del tempo, ma ho sempre potuto contare sul suo supporto e disponibilità; con pazienza è riuscito a mediare tra gli interessi dei proprietari e i miei, trovando in fine una soluzione per ogni problema e prodigandosi all'inverosimile per darmi una mano.
Al dilà dell'acquisto stesso, che è andato a buon fine, ma anche se non fosse riuscito, è stata per me una ventata di aria fresca scoprire che c'è ancora qualche brava persona a questo mondo.
