Nonostante abbiamo deciso di mettere in vendita la nostra casa in periodo estivo, quando gli acquirenti generalmente mostrano meno interesse, Elisa e Sebastiano ci hanno seguito passo per passo, anche durante le loro ferie estive. In poco tempo (dico solo prima dell'inizio dell'autunno) abbiamo trovato un acquirente. Ci hanno indicato in modo chiaro e trasparente i nostri diritti e doveri e ci hanno affiancato anche nelle cose che, per chi non è del settore, possono risultare non banali. Anche qualora qualche dettaglio possa sfuggire, sono disponibili a trovare un rimedio immediatamente. Un'esperienza decisamente positiva.
I can only be satisfied! Although we have decided to put our house up for sale in the summer, when buyers generally show less interest, Elisa and Sebastiano have followed us step by step, even during their summer holidays. In a short time (just before the beginning of autumn) we found a buyer. They have clearly and transparently shown us our rights and duties and have also supported us in matters which, for those who are not in the sector, may not be trivial. Even if some detail may escape, they are available to find a remedy immediately. A decidedly positive experience.
