★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contatto telefonico molto sgarbato e irritante. La persona con cui ho parlato non ha accettato una mia obiezione ad una domanda che ho ricevuto male espressa e eccessivamente invadente. Tale persona ha poi continuato vantando la sua esperienza e commentando in maniera impropria la qualità della mia giornata. Se ad una obiezione come questa vieni trattato così, cosa succede in caso di problemi veri? Una agenzia che fa da intermediario dovrebbe prestare più attenzione a chi gli pagherà le commissioni per il suo lavoro. Nel mio caso sicuramente no, ma spero che si sia trattato di un incidente isolato. Comunque questa è stata la mia esperienza.
 Very rude and irritating telephone contact. The person I spoke to did not accept my objection to a question that I received badly expressed and overly intrusive. This person then continued boasting of his experience and improperly commenting on the quality of my day. If you are treated like this to an objection like this, what happens in case of real problems? An intermediary agency should pay more attention to who will pay him commissions for his work. In my case, certainly not, but I hope it was an isolated accident. However this has been my experience.

La vendita non era facile per vincoli legati ad uno dei due appartamenti. Molte le visite fatte.
Sono riusciti a trovarmi gli acquirenti dopo che avevo perso le speranze. Li trovo professionalmente validi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo venduto ed acquistato tramite l'agenzia Tecnocasa di Borgo Roma in via Comacchio, purtroppo il periodo Covid ci ha penalizzato nella consegna della nuova casa, e non sono mancate diverse vicessitudini. Ma abbiamo sempre avuto da questa Agenzia la collaborazione e il supporto di Matteo e Davide,che ci hanno assistito fino alla conclusione della vicenda. Consigliamo di rivolgersi a loro per la competenza e serietà.
We sold and purchased through the Tecnocasa agency in Borgo Roma in via Comacchio, unfortunately the Covid period penalized us in the delivery of the new house, and there were several vicissitudes. But we have always had from this agency the collaboration and support of Matteo and Davide, who assisted us until the end of the story. Do subito la mia disponibilità in tutto pur di vedere la casa e affittarla .
Il ragazzo mi risponde che era abitata da una signora che faceva degli orari un po scomodi e che quindi ci avrebbe contattato non appena avrebbero iniziato le visite . Faccio presente che eravamo molto interessati e che aspettavamo una loro telefonata .
Oggi richiamo, non avendo ricevuto piú notizie e mi viene risposto che la casa era già stata affittata .
Posso capire che sia stata locata, ma ci aspettavamo una risposta che se io oggi non avessi chiamato non avrei mai ricevuto.
Questa è scarsa professionalità nel fare il proprio mestiere.
Sicuramente da EVITARE questa filiale, poco affidabile.
I called the branch about 10 days ago for a three-room apartment for rent.
I immediately give my availability in everything to see the house and rent it.
The boy replies that it was inhabited by a lady who made the times a little uncomfortable and that therefore she would contact us as soon as the visits began. I would like to point out that we were very interested and that we were waiting for their call.
Today I recall, not having received more news and I am told that the house had already been rented.
I can understand that it was leased, but we expected an answer that if I had not called today I would never have received.
This is poor professionalism in doing one's job.
Definitely to AVOID this unreliable branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando hanno capito che l’appartamento mi interessava,con varie scuse,hanno aumentato il costo due volte.
Da Natale attendo di sapere qua l’è la cassetta postale dell’appartamento e di averne la relativa chiave. Non hanno voluto mettermi in contatto con il precedente proprietario per motivi di privacy (???? ) e sto ancora attendendo ma non li richiamo più perché sono maleducati.
Da evitare accuratamente
When they realized that I was interested in the apartment, with various excuses, they increased the cost twice.
Since Christmas I have been waiting to find out the mailbox of the apartment here and to have the relative key. They didn't want to put me in touch with the previous owner for privacy reasons (????) and I'm still waiting but I don't call them back because they are rude.
To be avoided carefully
