★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima agenzia, non seria, millantano clienti inesistenti che svaniscono magicamente 30 minuti prima della visita, nonostante abbia ripetuto in 3 chiamate che avrei fatto vedere l’immobile solamente in presenza del cliente (poi scoperto inesistente) in quanto dovevo fare un viaggio di 200 km per far vedere l’immobile, mi hanno sempre confermato la disponibilità del cliente fino alla sera prima della visita alle 19. Magicamente la mattina seguente, dopo che avevo fatto i miei 200km, il fantomatico potenziale cliente si è manifestato inesistente! Cialtroni! Non sanno fare il loro mestiere e non sono nemmeno in grado di impararlo. Nulli.
Cara Sig. ra Rusco, La ringrazio per la risposta. Voi avrete anche perso un ora del vostro tempo, ma io ho perso una giornata intera e soldi per lo spostamento per un impegno che VOI avete preso con il potenziale cliente, e che mi avevate garantito essere presente. Quindi il danno, in primis, è stato arrecato a me, da voi.
Non ho ricevuto da parte vostra proposte di risarcimento per i danni che mi avete arrecato, ne una proposta di un nuovo appuntamento con il potenziale cliente. Come mai, dato che si ritiene una professionista del campo immobiliare? Dov'è finito il potenziale cliente? E' un caso che i privati che mi contattano direttamente per visionare l'appartamento si siano SEMPRE presentati? Io non credo.
 Bad agency, not serious, they boast non-existent customers who magically vanish 30 minutes before the visit, despite having repeated in 3 calls that I would have shown the property only in the presence of the customer (later discovered non-existent) as I had to make a journey of 200 km to show the property, they always confirmed the customer's availability until the evening before the visit at 7pm. Magically the next morning, after I had done my 200km, the elusive potential customer appeared non-existent! Scoundrels! They do not know their trade and are not even able to learn it. Null.
Dear Mrs. Rusco, Thank you for your reply. You may have wasted an hour of your time, but I wasted a whole day and travel money for a commitment YOU made with the prospect, and you guaranteed me to be there. So the damage, first and foremost, was done to me, by you.
I have not received any compensation proposals from you for the damage you have caused me, nor a proposal for a new appointment with the potential client. Why, given that you consider yourself a real estate professional? Where did the prospect go? Is it a coincidence that the individuals who contact me directly to view the apartment have ALWAYS introduced themselves? I do not think so.
