Avevamo fissato la data del preliminare secondo i canoni di acquisto da loro indicati. La sera prima vengo contattato alle ore 21:00 per comunicarmi che hanno preso in carico un'offerta senza tener conto dell'appuntamento preso con me 5 giorni prima. Lavorando non mi era possibile recarmi prima in agenzia ed ho fissato la data al primo giorno utile disponibile. Erano a conoscenza del fatto che i soldi per l'acquisto sono vincolati a degli investimenti privati che avrei dovuto liberare. Fortunatamente non ho proceduto all'operazione di svincolo ma dal loro modo di gestire la trattativa e dalla "tutela" riservatami sinceramente mi ritengo fortunato di non aver effettuato la compravendita tramite la loro agenzia.
DA EVITARE IN PARTICOLAR MODO IL LORO AGENTE VALERIO MORGANTI. Tutto chiacchiere ma poca sostanza
One word, FOREIGNNESS.
We had fixed the date of the preliminary according to the purchase fees indicated by them. The night before I am contacted at 21:00 to inform me that they have taken charge of an offer without taking into account the appointment made with me 5 days before. While working it was not possible for me to go to the agency first and I set the date on the first available day. They were aware of the fact that the money for the purchase is tied to private investments that I should have released. Fortunately I did not proceed with the release but from their way of managing the negotiation and from the "protection" sincerely reserved for me, I consider myself lucky not to have made the sale through their agency.
PARTICULARLY AVOID THEIR AGENT VALERIO MORGANTI. All chatter but little substance
