★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo: sbagliato l’ordine, correggiamo noi a spese nostre per venire incontro all’azienda, e in più, con bonifico di migliaia di euro effettuato ( con tanto di ricevuta e secondo i tempi comunicati da loro ) quasi quasi non volevano venire a montare la cucina fin quando proprio non fosse incassato, oppure, avrei dovuto fare un ulteriore assegno pari all’importo della somma del saldo.
E in tutto questo, sono passati due mesi e a me ancora manca un pezzo della cucina, della serie, io sono obbligato a pagare tutto e subito ma poi posso aspettare, vergognoso.
Bad service: wrong order, we correct at our expense to meet the company, and moreover, with a transfer of thousands of euros made (with a lot of receipt and according to the times communicated by them) they almost didn't want to come to assemble the kitchen until it was really cashed, or, I would have had to make a further check equal to the amount of the balance.
And in all this, two months have passed and I still lack a piece of the kitchen, of the series, I am obliged to pay everything immediately but then I can wait, shameful.
