Hanno preteso il pagamento completo prima della consegna dei mobili, quando anche nel contratto c'era scritto diversamente, ovvero a garanzia chiedevano una caparra e il saldo alla consegna merce, ma ahimè non è stato così. Alla consegna è arrivato tutto in ritardo e merce diversa. Top della cucina diverso, maniglie stanza da letto diverse, sedie cucina diverse, montatura cucina difettosa. Servizio al cliente pessimo.
Bad service. They demanded full payment before the furniture was delivered, when the contract also said otherwise, or as a guarantee they asked for a deposit and the balance upon delivery of the goods, but alas this was not the case. On delivery, everything arrived late and different goods. Different kitchen counter, different bedroom handles, different kitchen chairs, faulty kitchen frame. Bad customer service.
