★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio agli autisti gli fanno mettere le scarpe giubbotto casco è tutto poi ci sono delle segretarie al reparto Cep che vanno a spasso senza scarpe senza giubbotto senza nulla, poi fanno passare le persone preferite per carico e scarico e te sei sempre in attesa.

I too, like others, is a hallucinatory experience for Ikea delivery and assembly, kitchen: missed appointments, incomplete delivery, assembly errors, damage in the home. Aggressive and rude staff, out of control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usano corrieri con personale romeni o comunque dell'est auropa poco professionali, arroganti e maleducati, non rispettano gli orari di consegna e si arrabbiano se non scaricano quando vogliono loro. Esperienza da cancellare con consegna avvenuta oggi per merce di IKEA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terrificante con Ikea. Trasportatori incapaci ed arroganti. Dovevano fare una consegna in centro a Padova sabato scorso con un orario ben preciso assolutamente disatteso e consegna mancata. Il tutto spostato a questa settimana e...medesima storia! Avendo io insistito per il rispetto del contratto si sono defilati dicendomi che "la famiglia" aveva deciso di non consegnarmi l'armadio che attendevo da un mese.
Chissà a cosa si riferivano! Non è che anche in Romania esista LA FAMIGLIA nel senso che tutti noi intendiamo? Se sì pensò che Ikea dovrebbe indagare prima di mandarci personaggi simili in casa !!!

They had to make a delivery in the center of Padua last Saturday with a precise timetable absolutely disregarded and missed delivery. All moved to this week and ... same story! Having insisted on complying with the contract, they left me saying that "the family" had decided not to hand over the wardrobe that I had been waiting for a month.
Who knows what they were referring to! Is it not also that in Romania there exists THE FAMILY in the sense that we all mean? If so, he thought Ikea should investigate before sending us similar characters at home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati in orario,non mi hanno permesso di controllare i vari pacchi che erano 87 e quindi perdevano tempo,mi dovevo quindi fidare del loro controllo finale..e che i miei codici Ikea non erano uguali ai loro.Cosa non vera.A seguito delle mie rimostranze mi hanno minacciato di segnalare che impediva lo scarico della merce.Cosa non vera.ho cominciato a controllare e portato in casa i pacchi da me controllati poi chiamato IKEA e dopo aver segnalato accaduto,ho passato il telefono perché parlassero con incaricata Ikea alla quale hanno detto tra le altre cose che mi ero appropriata di una parte dei pacchi portati con ascensore e se mancava qualcosa l avevo fatta sparire io....quindi mi hanno dato della ladra....non mancava nulla nel trasporto hanno malamente ...messo in terra dei pezzi due dei quali hanno gli angoli rotti e rovinati.non ho ancora aperto tutto non so il resto.impronte di scarponi sugli imballaggi quindi ci hanno camminato sopra.Non avevano carrelli o altri attrezzi da corretto trasporto.Avevo pacchi pesanti tra cui un frigo,sempre messo a terra in malo modo dal furgone
Potei continuare ma penso che basti.spero che Ikea cambi ditta trasporti.....messo 1stella perché non possibile sottozero
Arriving on time, they did not allow me to check the various packages which were 87 and therefore wasted time, I had to trust their final check ... and that my Ikea codes were not the same as theirs. my grievances threatened me to report that it prevented the unloading of the goods, which is not true. which they said among other things that I had appropriated a part of the parcels brought with the lift and if something was missing I had made it disappear .... so they called me a thief .... nothing was missing in the transport they badly. ... I put some pieces on the ground, two of which have broken and damaged corners. I haven't opened everything yet I don't know the rest. boot prints on the packaging so they walked on them. They didn't have trolleys or other running gear I had heavy packages including a fridge, always badly grounded by the van
I could continue but I think that's enough. I hope Ikea will change the transport company ..... put 1stella because it is not possible to subzero
