Ambiente pulito e accogliente... non posso che fare complimenti a questo centro, inoltre ha prezzi ottimi e trattamenti all'avanguardia. Vivo in America, a NY, ma devo dire che per quanto riguarda le unghie sono al top! Da ora in poi sarà il mio centro estetico di riferimento quando sono a Napoli!! Very professional and kind. Clean and welcoming environment ... I can only compliment this center, it also has excellent prices and cutting-edge treatments. Mi è molto piaciuto, il personale è simpatico e professionale, gli ambienti sono puliti e i prezzi normali. Ci tornerò :) I took a massage package in July so I went back often. Il personale è molto gentile e le stanze giuste per i trattamenti estetici. Le estetiste sono a vostra disposizione gentili e accurate. I prezzi sono buoni e competitivi per la zona. The center is in Chiaia go up the stairs and you are at the entrance. As soon as you enter, there is a reception where they make appointments. The staff is very kind and the right rooms for beauty treatments. The beauticians are at your disposal kind and accurate. Prices are good and competitive for the area.

Purtroppo non è stato fatto un lavoro adatto al suo "occhio" e dopo una settimana si è trovata con l'occhio destro totalmente sfolto. Alla richiesta del refeel le è stato risposto che il Centro non era responsabile di questo servizio mal riuscito e dopo un'altra settimana dietro ulteriori solleciti di mia moglie è stata affidata ad un'apprendista che ovviamente non ha saputo risolvere il problema. Quindi è stata costretta ad affidarsi ad un altro Centro. My wife has been to this center for an eyelash extension. Unfortunately, a job suitable for his "eye" was not done and after a week he found himself with his right eye totally flawed. At the request of the refeel, she was told that the Center was not responsible for this bad service and after another week, after further reminders from my wife, she was entrusted to an apprentice who obviously was unable to solve the problem. So she was forced to rely on another Center.

Prima di tutto lo staff è molto qualificato e competente, svolge il proprio lavoro in maniera professionale facendo sentire il cliente coccolato come se fosse a casa propria. Gli ambienti sono puliti e l'atmosfera è molto gradevole creata con la musica ,rilassa molto... Da provare assolutamente i massaggi che sono fatti in maniera eccellente facendo rinvigorire il cliente. Beh che dire a me è piaciuto veramente tanto ma l'ho scoperto da poco e ci sono stata una volta sola,ma di sicuro tornerò.
