Mi stavo misurando un giubbino aeronautica militare in sconto ma comunque al di là del mio budget, quando la titolare mi strappa il giubbino dalle mani e lo rimette a posto con veemenza. Non ho fatto altro che esporle il mio punto di vista (che tra l'altro non mette in discussione la qualità della merce in vendita) e non ho chiesto ulteriori sconti. Me ne sarei andato ringraziando e salutando come accade in qualsiasi altra situazione. Modi vergognosi che denotano una assoluta mancanza di professionalità. Non mi sorprende fossi l'unico cliente in quel momento (siamo nel pieno centro di Arezzo). Consiglio di chiudere e cambiare mestiere, il contatto con il pubblico non fa per voi. I did nothing but expose my point of view (which by the way does not question the quality of the goods on sale) and I did not ask for further discounts. I would have gone thanking and saying goodbye as in any other situation. Shameful ways that denote an absolute lack of professionalism. It doesn't surprise me you were the only customer at that time (we are in the very center of Arezzo). I recommend closing down and changing jobs, contact with the public is not for you.

Definitely worth a visit for me as an airplane enthusiast. My wife and daughters also found it a beautiful store. The service, dedication and enthousiasm of the very friendly owner and her son are of a high standard. Also the clothing, nice, affordable and enough choice. With pleasure I bought nice Aeronautica Militare clothes and shoes. Worth a visit!
