G	Guido Barban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16/06/2011 acquistato in fabbrica (aermec) un climatizzatore inverter 2 split 9000+12000 mod. mfm 52 01 in data 09/07/2016 la scheda madre dell' unita' esterna ha fatto boom......vi sembra normale a voi ? nessun temporale nessun fulmine l'ha colpita la posizione dov'e' collocata l'unita' esterna e' ottimale (terrazino all'aperto riparato da sole e pioggia) cosa dovrei dire ? che la macchina era sfigata ? ma i miei 1100,00 € no pero'........AMAREGGIATO E DELUSO BRAVA AERMEC CONTINUA COSI 06/16/2011 purchased at the factory (aermec) an inverter air conditioner 2 split 9000 + 12000 mod. mfm 52 01 on 09/07/2016 the motherboard of the external unit boomed ...... does it seem normal to you? no thunderstorm no lightning struck the location where it is placed the outdoor unit is optimal (outdoor terrace sheltered from sun and rain) what should I say? that the car was unlucky? but my € 1100.00, but no ......... AMOREGATE AND DISAPPOINTED GOOD, AERMEC CONTINUES SO THEM

Nessuna possibilità di sostituzione. Vergogna Bad company with bad product and equally bad service. 2-year residential facility with malfunctioning remote controls from the first year. No possibility of replacement. Shame
G	Giancarlo Segato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare per impianti di medio grandi dimensioni o complessi. Vi è un assistenza tecnica post garanzia totalmente assente. Da segnalare che quella competente per Rovigo è addirittura inutile in ogni uscita, il problema è che non si può rivolgersi ad altri centri assistenza!!! Meglio si occupino solo di utenze domestiche. Al momento 100mila euro d impianto lo stiamo sostituendo con altra marca mano a mano che si rompono gli aermec. Absolutely to be avoided for medium to large or complex systems. There is a post-warranty technical assistance that is totally absent. To signal that the competent one for Rovigo is even useless in every exit, the problem is that you cannot turn to other assistance centers !!! Better to deal only with domestic users. At the moment 100 thousand euros of plant are replacing it with another brand as the aermecs break.
S	Simone Calligari (Sxmo) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macchinari discretamente buoni anche per settore casa/privati ma assistenza su pezzi e componentistica secondaria scarsa, con obbligo di cambiare tutta la logica (installato nel 2018), poiché sono terziarizzatati e se ti si rompe bisogna sostituire tutto il pezzo. Daikin e altri marchi più specifici per i privati sono più specializzati anche sulla ricambi di 10 anni. Fairly good machinery also for the home / private sector but poor assistance on parts and secondary components, with the obligation to change all the logic (installed in 2018), since they are outsourced and if you break, you must replace the whole piece. Daikin and other more specific brands for individuals are also more specialized on 10-year spare parts.

O il tizio non lavora o voi non siete capaci di gestire un servizio clienti. Mi dispiace solo che abbia buttato soldi per comprare i vostri prodotti. Mai più! 2 years trying to call customer service and in two years always the operator busy! Either the guy isn't working or you can't handle customer service. I'm just sorry that he threw money to buy your products. Never again!

Sembrano ancora nuovi e funzionano perfettamente dopo 18 anni. Due o tre piccoli problemi post messa in opera sono stati subito risolti con qualche telefonata. La sola nota negativa: l'assistenza esterna. Preventivo costosissimo per lavori che NON dovevano essere fatti. Per l'attuale problema sorto dopo 18 anni... la mia precedente esperienza trentennale nella produzione meccanica mi ha suggerito di chiedere nuovamente il da farsi all' Ing. Alfieri che con la consueta competenza, cortesia e chiarezza, mi ha indicato la vera soluzione. Grazie ancora. I feel compelled to write a totally different review from others I've seen. In 2004 I bought two 22KW air conditioners for my B&B. They still look new and work perfectly after 18 years. Two or three small post-commissioning problems were quickly resolved with a few phone calls. The only negative: external assistance. Extremely expensive quote for jobs that did NOT have to be done. For the current problem that arose after 18 years ... my previous thirty years of experience in mechanical production suggested me to ask again what to do to Ing. Alfieri who with his usual competence, courtesy and clarity, showed me the real solution. . Thanks again.
