★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aerial Discrit nasce a San Giorgio a Cremano, nel napoletano. E' una scuola di nuova generazione di arti circensi dove è possibile imparare a fare cose straordinarie.
Si insegna Pole Dance, Aerial Hoop e Aerial Silk (con la possibilità di accedere a diversi livelli di corso) e con classi extra (es. yoga ). L'arte circense è una disciplina meravigliosa e le insegnati di questa palestra sono delle vere professioniste nel settore , capaci ad insegnare perfettamente tutte le tecniche e i vari movimenti sugli attrezzi, e, a trasformare un bradipo (come me) in una meravigliosa piuma danzante in pochi mesi. Ognuna di noi è ben seguita, con una buona preparazione di stretching all' inizio di ogni lezione, in più si ha la possibilità di accedere a classi di allenamento come lezioni di flessibilità. L' abbonameto è mensile ed è permessa anche l'entrata singola. Consiglio vivamente una prova ! Venite a conoscerci e non riuscirete a farne a meno! #flyhigh ? #AerialDistrict ♥
Aerial Discrit was born in San Giorgio a Cremano, in the Neapolitan area. It is a school of new generation of circus arts where it is possible to learn how to do extraordinary things.
It teaches Pole Dance, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silk (with the ability to access different levels of course) and with extra classes (eg yoga). The circus art is a wonderful discipline and the teachers of this gym are real professionals in the field, able to perfectly teach all the techniques and the various movements on the tools, and, to transform a sloth (like me) into a wonderful dancing feather in a few months. Each of us is well followed, with a good preparation of stretching at the beginning of each lesson, plus you have the possibility to access training classes as flexible classes. The subscribe is monthly and single entry is also permitted. I highly recommend a trial! Come and meet us and you will not be able to do without it! #flyhigh ? #AerialDistrict ♥

Great gym for aerial arts and calisthenics. Really well equipped, knowledgeable instructors. In addition, the physiotherapist Salvatore has great knowledge and hands of gold, I absolutely recommend it!
