Mi hanno bloccato il bancomat da una settimana per un loro disservizio e non ho accesso ai miei risparmi. L'assistenza telefonica non risponde, assistenza in chat assente. Chiamato in filiale di zona nessuna risposta.
Chiamato in filiale a Milano dicono che posso risolvere solo se mi presento di persona. ("se non ha registrato il conto presso la Ns filiale non posso aiutarla" MA E' UNA BANCA ON LINE!!!!!!!!!!)
Appena riesco a venirne a capo chiudo il conto!
No assistance. If you have problems, you are left on your own.
They blocked my ATM for a week for their disservice and I don't have access to my savings. Telephone support is not responding, no chat support. Called the local branch no answer.
Called at the branch in Milan they say that I can only solve if I show up in person. ("if you haven't registered your account at our branch I can't help you" BUT IT'S AN ONLINE BANK !!!!!!!!!!)
As soon as I can figure it out, I close the account!
