Dentro le stanze molte cose non funzionavano, sono entrati per sistemarne alcune, ma non hanno fermato il tempo ovviamente. Hanno addirittura aperto la porta durante la sessione, no comment. I confirm payment in cash ONLY, owners not at all friendly. Inside the rooms many things didn't work, they went in to fix some, but they didn't stop time obviously. They even opened the door during the session, no comment.

l	leonardo martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotiamo un escape room per un martedì sera, prima contattiamo telefonicamente il gestore dove ci spiega il funzionamento ed essendo che eravamo in 12 rimaniamo d’accordo per fare una stanza divisi in due gruppi come “sfida” 6+6.. ci da anche una leggera flessibilità oraria in quanto arrivavamo da fuori( prenotazione 21:30 ci lascia spazio di arrivo anche alle 22:00) per poi proseguire la serata nell’adiacente laser game( sempre stesso gestore). Il giorno della prenotazione ci presentiamo davanti all’entrata ( in leggero ritardo dopo la flessibilità ,22:10, causa traffico ma con 3 nostri amici già sul luogo per far vedere che non era una prenotazione a vuoto) chiediamo scusa per il ritardo e ci apprestiamo ad entrare. Il dipendete alla reception inizia a tirare mille storie sul fatto che non potevamo fare la sfida ma due stanza separate, che non potevamo farla da un’ora ma da 30 min e che anziché 7,50€ a testa come pattuito con il gestore dovevamo pagare 13€. Al che chiedo spiegazioni e con fare scortese e maleducato prova a spiegare la situazione con scusa stile arrampicata sugli specchi, dicendo anche che per il laser game doveva vedere l’orario di fine dell’escape(chiusura laser game 02:00 orario attuale 22:20) decidiamo di andarcene per non ritorarci mai più… SCONSIGLIATISSIMO per il personale altro non posso dire. To which I ask for explanations and with a rude and rude way he tries to explain the situation with an apology in the style of climbing on mirrors, also saying that for the laser game he had to see the end time of the escape (laser game closes 02:00 current time 22: 20) we decide to leave to never come back ... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED for the staff, I can't say anything else.

La receptionist ogni tanto entrava e ci diceva la soluzione, mentre giocavamo ha lasciato la porta aperta e sono entrate altre persone. Per pagare, siccome non avevano il POS, ci hanno mandato a prelevare a 2km di distanza. Una volta pagato, dello scontrino neanche l'ombra. Assurdo nel 2021. Pessimo. Never again. Puzzles to solve all the same, we mostly had to find the codes to open the locks. M	Mario Migliacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima: siamo arrivati in 4 persone per provare la room “fuga dal manicomio” con molto interesse. Arrivati li la receptionist ci ha chiesto di pagare prima di accedere e ciò sarebbe stato normale se non avessimo scoperto sul momento di non poter pagare con carta, poiché il POS era mancante. (Siamo nel 2021 e queste situazioni non sono accettabili). Per ovviare al problema una coppia è rimasta lì come ostaggio dopo il percorso di enigmi mentre un’altra è andata a ritirare a 3 km di distanza. Il percorso in se per se sembrava interessante, ma purtroppo a metà dello stesso, la receptionist ha aperto la porta d’entrata, la quale dovrebbe essere chiusa, per far vedere il posto ad altri clienti interessati (mancavano ancora 35 min alla fine del nostro gioco). In tutto ciò la porta di entrata è rimasta aperta per tutto il tempo rimanente, facendo entrare ogni rumore esterno presente nel complesso. Gli enigmi sembravano carini all’inizio, ma molti degli oggetti nelle varie stanze sono stati inutili e privi di utilizzo, volti solo a sprecare il poco tempo a disposizione. Ciliegina sulla torta, la chiave per la porta finale è stata trovata subito poiché non il lucchetto della scatola in cui si trovava era difettoso. Finito il percorso, abbiamo dovuto, come soprascritto, separare il gruppo per poter pagare: inutile dire che lo scontrino è stato solo una vana speranza. Da non tornarci più. P.S. accogliere i clienti affermando di avere placche e tosse in un periodo post pandemia globale non è il modo migliore per dare il benvenuto. The path itself seemed interesting, but unfortunately in the middle of it, the receptionist opened the entrance door, which should be closed, to show the place to other interested customers (there were still 35 minutes to the end of our game). In all this, the entrance door remained open for the entire remaining time, letting in any external noise present in the complex. The puzzles seemed nice at first, but many of the objects in the various rooms were useless and useless, aimed only at wasting the little time available. To top it off, the key to the final door was found right away as the lock of the box it was in was not faulty. At the end of the journey, we had to separate the group in order to pay: it goes without saying that the receipt was just a vain hope. Not to go back. P.S. welcoming customers by claiming to have plaques and coughs in a post-global pandemic period is not the best way to welcome.

Come addetto al gioco trovate un ragazzo umoristico ma volgare, a tratti noioso, che durante il gioco entrava nelle stanze senza mascherina a fare battute e a dirci gli indizi perché gli oggetti erano sciupati e non si leggeva. Inoltre nel mezzo del gioco ha pensato bene di andare via abbandonandoci a noi stesse e dicendoci di continuare pure se il tempo fosse finito, senza fornirci nessun indizio (rispetto a quanto dicono le regole del gioco). Ciliegina sulla torta: ultima stanza completamente risolta, con indizi già svelati perché l’addetto si era scordato di rimettere in ordine (senza aver disinfettato). Siamo quindi rimasti bloccati nell’ultima stanza con tutto già aperto, aspettando che l’addetto finisse i suoi comodi. Alla fine, molto rassegnati, ci siamo seduti sulla poltroncina della stanza vicino ad una bambola alquanto orrenda e sudicia. Ah, comunque abbiamo vinto (così ci ha detto)!!
