L	Laura Morini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo appena riconsegnato le chiavi dell'appartamento che avevamo affittato per una settimana, esperienza veramente pessima! Il giorno di ferragosto una delle docce dell'appartamento si è intasata e questo ha provocato (ancora non capisco come) l'allagamento di tutta la zona soggiorno, cucina e bagni con fuoriuscita anche di acque putride. La situazione in cucina era inevitabile essendo un ex bagno con ancora scarico montato. Contattato il proprietario dell'agenzia, mentre noi il 15 di agosto buttavamo fuori di casa l'acqua e impossibilitate ad usare i bagni, ha iniziato a muoversi per risolvere il problema solo sotto minacce e arrabbiature. Essendo la casa invivibile per la puzza abbiamo chiesto di ripulirla e abbiamo ottenuto solo una passata di straccio data in maniera approssimativae solo nella zona giorno. Alla riconsegna delle chiavi, dopo il disagio creato, il gran signore dell'agenzia ha pure richiesto di ritenere 25€, dalla caparra di 50€ per sostenere le spese di pulizia in quanto il pavimento era troppo sporco (ma dai, non mi dire). Non contento ci ha pure accusato che ha dovuto spendere 250€ di idraulico. Detto ciò lasciate perdere e diffidate da questa attività. PS ovviamente si è tenuto tutti i 50 € We have just returned the keys to the apartment we had rented for a week, a really bad experience! On August 15th, one of the showers in the apartment got clogged and this caused (I still don't understand how) the flooding of the entire living area, kitchen and bathrooms with the leakage of putrid water. The situation in the kitchen was inevitable as it was a former bathroom with the drain still fitted. Contacted the owner of the agency, while we threw the water out of the house on 15 August and unable to use the toilets, he began to move to solve the problem only under threats and anger. Since the house is unlivable due to the smell, we asked to clean it up and we only got a mop given roughly and only in the living area. Upon returning the keys, after the inconvenience created, the great lord of the agency also requested to retain € 25, from the deposit of € 50 to support the cleaning costs as the floor was too dirty (but come on, don't tell me) . Not happy, he also accused us that he had to spend € 250 on plumbing. Having said that, forget it and beware of this activity. PS of course all 50 € was held

Non so dare ancora una risposta definitiva, a detta di altri operatori locali si tratta di overbooking. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento per due settimane al mare tramite il sito Booking, ma il locatore è questa “sedicente” agenzia immobiliare. Nessuna comunicazione fino al giorno di inizio del soggiorno, quando ci chiamano per dirci che l’appartamento non risulta pagato (come avremmo potuto? Tra l’altro pensavamo avessero regolato direttamente con Booking) e non ci daranno le chiavi fino a pagamento avvenuto! L’assurdità è che pretendono il pagamento in contanti (è domenica e siamo in viaggio!). Mi rendo disponibile a pagare con carta di credito o bonifico ma non lo accettano. Rifiutano qualunque soluzione nonostante il tentativo di mediazione di Booking e la garanzia che hanno, sempre tramite Booking, avendo dato la mia carta di credito. Nel frattempo i miei suoceri anziani, arrivati prima, attendono per ore in strada al caldo di luglio. Al nostro arrivo ovviamente non troviamo nessuno dell’agenzia. Booking prova a trovarci un’alternativa ma, ovviamente, non è semplice a metà luglio in località turistica per 5 persone. Fortuna vuole che troviamo un appartamento libero in un residence poco distante di cui eravamo stati ospiti in precedenza e che sono stati ben felici di accoglierci. In sostanza: evitate e salvatevi! NB notate che gli unici giudizi positivi sono stati dati dai proprietari e amici, il che rende bene l’idea dell’onesta di questa gente… UNBELIEVABLE. We had booked an apartment for two weeks at the beach through the Booking site, but the landlord is this "self-styled" real estate agency. No communication until the day of the beginning of the stay, when they call us to tell us that the apartment is not paid (how could we? Among other things, we thought they had settled directly with Booking) and they will not give us the keys until payment has been made! The absurdity is that they demand payment in cash (it is Sunday and we are traveling!). I am willing to pay by credit card or bank transfer but they do not accept it. They refuse any solution despite Booking's mediation attempt and the guarantee they have, always through Booking, having given my credit card. Meanwhile, my elderly in-laws, arrived earlier, wait for hours on the street in the heat of July. On our arrival we obviously don't find any of the agency. Booking try to find us an alternative but, obviously, it is not easy in mid-July in a tourist resort for 5 people. Fortuna wants us to find a vacant apartment in a nearby residence of which we had previously been guests and who were happy to welcome us. In essence: avoid and save yourself! NB note that the only positive judgments were given by the owners and friends, which makes the idea of the honesty of these people well ...

Ci hanno ridato indietro la caparra ma ci hanno lasciato senza casa senza nemmeno cercare un alloggio alternativo e tutto questo un mese prima delle date da noi scelte. Usano Airbnb per attrarre clienti con prezzi bassi ma poi ti spingono a fare tutto con la loro agenzia. Professionalità inesistente e maleducazione. Meglio stare alla larga da questa agenzia.
