★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre comprato in questo negozio, scarpe belle ma care. Oggi posso dirvi "mai più ". Una commessa molto sgarbata e un responsabile che nonostante la scarpa presentasse un po' di scollatura, non ha voluto cambiare la scarpa nonostante l'avessi portata con scontrino dopo 5 giorni dall'acquisto perché a suo dire"usata". Allora mi chiedo:"Come puoi accertarti di una possibile scollatura se non utilizzi le scarpe?" A differenza del negozio Adriano outlet delle Ginestre dove trovi personale molto cordiale sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Il cliente va sempre coccolato soprattutto quando è assiduo in quel negozio!
A seguito della mia segnalazione negativa, sono stata contattata dal responsabile che non sapeva delle mie vicissitudini e devo ammettere che sono stata "coccolata ". Non ho mai smesso di acquistare le scarpe da Adriano perché le ritengo di buona qualità e la cortesia dei commessi del negozio Adriano outlet delle Ginestre ti invogliano ancora di più. Grazie....
I have always bought nice but expensive shoes in this shop. Today I can say "never." A saleswoman very rude and manager who despite the shoe presented some 'neckline, did not want to change the shoe although I had brought with receipt after 5 days of purchase because he said "used." Then I ask myself: "How can you make sure of a possible neckline if you're not using your shoes?" Unlike the store Adriano outlets of Broom where you can find very friendly always helpful and friendly staff. The customer is always pampered especially when he is regular in that shop!
Following my negative report, I was contacted by the manager who did not know about my vicissitudes and I must admit that I was "pampered". I never stopped buying shoes from Adriano because I think they are of good quality and the courtesy of the clerks of the Adriano outlet of the Ginestre shop will entice you even more. Thank you....
