Mi sono recata al negozio in questo periodo di sconto dal 50 all'80%. Sono entrata dopo un po di attesa insieme ad altre 4 persone. Ho domandato a riguardo di quello che stavo cercano. Nel mentre qualche altro cliente ha bussato alla porta e la persona con cui stavo parlando è andata ad aprire. Alchè non mi ha più considerata, a discorso non terminato, e si è messo a parlare con la signora che aveva chiesto il suo aiuto. Io ho fatto notare la cosa, e mi è stato risposto che era self-service. Cosa che non penso, perché tutte le altre clienti erano seguite da qualcuno. Inoltre non sapevo nemmeno dove fosse collocato l'articolo che stavo cercando e non mi era stato minimamente indicato.
My experience was the following:
I went to the shop during this 50 to 80% discount period. I entered after a while waiting with 4 other people. I asked about what I was looking for. Meanwhile, some other customers knocked on the door and the person I was talking to went to open. Alchè has not considered me any more, with an unfinished speech, and has started talking to the lady who had asked for her help. I pointed this out, and was told it was self service. Which I don't think, because all the other customers were followed by someone. Furthermore, I did not even know where the article I was looking for was located and it was not indicated to me in the least.
