Salito in zona dopo tanto tempo, scopro che una vecchia "conoscenza" della mia infanzia / adolescenza gestisce ancora un negozio di modellismo..e leggendo sul suo sito che era aperto mi ci fiondo.
Appena entrato mi sono subito reso conto della grande quantità di prodotti disponibili.. per gli amanti del genere una visione fantastica..
...purtroppo l'impatto con il gestore non è stato dei migliori...direi che se si lavora al pubblico ed il cliente si pone nei modi opportuni dichiarando, a premessa, che ha bisogno di consigli ed aiuti per capire di cosa ha bisogno per riuscire nei suoi intenti... ci si aspetta un tipo di approccio... "che.. ahimè non ho riscontrato"....
...questo ha fatto si che uscissi, abbastanza velocemente, con il minimo indispensabile dal negozio...
...con un approccio diverso, visto che cercavo anche un compressore ma non solo, avrebbe avuto la possibilità di vendermi davvero molti più prodotti..con guadagni decisamente differenti...
...quindi direi che come venditore...credo debba rivedere diversi punti nel suo approcciare al pubblico...
...probabilmente, visto la vastità di prodotti che commercializza, quando vende via web non dovendo interagire personalmente con il cliente riesce ad essere più commerciale e magari anche più educato..
...le tre stelle le ho date "solo" perché effettivamente il negozio è molto ben fornito e ci può trovare anche prodotti difficili da individuare sui siti del settore che trovi nel web....

"which .. alas I have not found" ....
... this meant that I left the shop quite quickly with the bare minimum ...
... with a different approach, since I was also looking for a compressor but not only, he would have had the opportunity to really sell me many more products ... with decidedly different earnings ...
... so I would say that as a seller ... I think he has to review several points in his approach to the public ...
... probably, given the vastness of products it sells, when it sells via the web, not having to interact personally with the customer, it manages to be more commercial and maybe even more polite ..
... I gave the three stars "only" because the shop is actually very well stocked and there can also find products that are difficult to identify on the websites of the sector that you find on the web ....
