All questionnaires are written in Italian. This makes it difficult for potential donors from South Tyrol to gather information, register, answer important med. Ask!
I	Iris Kircher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist sehr unorganisiert. Hab jetzt 3 Versuche gestartet mich eintragen zu lassen. Leider ohne Ergebnis. E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet, Gespräche waren auch schwierig da ich kein ital. spreche und bei Admo scheinbar keiner deutsch... Einen Anruf hat es von Seiten Admo gegeben, hätte einen Termin genau in meinem Urlaub bekommen. Die Dame am Telefon meinte sie meldet sich dann nochmal wegen einem neuen Termin, das war vor 2 Monaten, ich warte heute noch. Hab mich jetzt online über die Schweiz angemeldet und hatte noch in derselben Woche das Registrierungsmaterial in der Post. So einfach ging’s. Ich finde es traurig das in einer so ernsten Sache so unseriös gearbeitet wird! Is very disorganized. Have now started 3 attempts to register. Unfortunately without result. E-mails are not answered, conversations were also difficult because I don't speak Italian and apparently nobody at Admo German ... There was a call from Admo, I would have got an appointment exactly on my vacation. The lady on the phone said she'll call again for a new appointment, that was 2 months ago, I'm still waiting today. I now registered online via Switzerland and had the registration material in the post that same week. It was that easy. I find it sad that such a serious matter is being worked so dubiously!
