★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio difficile da trovare (posto all'interno della sede di un sindacato), con segnalazione quasi inesistente. Personale impreparato ad affrontare le richieste dei consumatori (non ho mai avuto risposta, negativa o positiva, a una mia richiesta di informazioni).
 Office difficult to find (located within the headquarters of a union), with almost non-existent reporting. Staff unprepared for the demands of consumers (I never got an answer, negative or positive, to my request for information).
