Ho chiesto informazioni via internet la mattina ed il pomeriggio avevo già sia il preventivo che l'appuntamento. Il giorno fissato per il ritiro del materasso i ragazzi sono riusciti, avvertendomi, ad anticipare rispetto all'orario concordato facendomi guadagnare così il resto della giornata. Sono stati gentili, veloci, simpatici e molto professionali.
It was the first time I used this service but I will certainly call them again if it happens again. I asked for information via the internet in the morning and in the afternoon I already had both the estimate and the appointment. On the day set for the collection of the mattress, the boys managed, by warning me, to anticipate the agreed time, thus making me earn the rest of the day. They were kind, fast, nice and very professional.

Li ho contattati per lo smaltimento di un divano dopo aver chiamato ripetutamente l'Ama e aver capito che i costi e i tempi per lo smaltimento dell'intero divano al piano abitazione erano improponibili e con tempi lunghissimi nel caso avessi usufruito del ritiro al piano strada gratuito che sarebbe avvenuto smaltendo un pezzo alla volta.
Puntualità, professionalità, serietà del servizio, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, velocità nel prendere l'appuntamento, tutte qualità che comprendono anche i ragazzi che sono venuti a ritirare il divano che in più coronano il tutto con la loro simpatia e gentilezza.
Rilasciano fattura e formulario per la discarica con successivo certificato di smaltimento corretto. Si può pagare direttamente ai ragazzi che intervengono direttamente il giorno del ritiro anche tramite pos.
Che dire organizzazione ottima, grazie di tutto e un grazie speciale ai ragazzi.

I contacted them for the disposal of a sofa after having repeatedly called the Ama and understanding that the costs and times for the disposal of the entire sofa on the home floor were unacceptable and with very long times if I had taken advantage of the free collection on the street level. which would have happened by disposing of one piece at a time.
Punctuality, professionalism, seriousness of the service, excellent value for money, speed in making the appointment, all qualities that also include the guys who came to collect the sofa that in addition crown it all with their sympathy and kindness.
They issue an invoice and form for the landfill with subsequent correct disposal certificate. You can pay directly to the children who intervene directly on the day of collection also via pos.
What about excellent organization, thanks for everything and a special thanks to the guys.
