Come stagista nelle risorse umane , come segretaria per il back office . Non sono mai stata contattata nemmeno per un colloquio conoscitivo. Ormai sono sfiduciata e credo siano posizioni già assegnate per raccomandazione
I have sent my CV several times, also for announcements in which a diploma was requested (while I have a three-year degree and a specialist). As an intern in human resources, as a back office secretary. I have never even been contacted for a cognitive interview. I am now disheartened and I believe they are positions already assigned by recommendation

Non ho ricevuto né una risposta automatica (come invece avviene con le sedi Adecco in Germania) né una telefonata.
Ancora una volta questo conferma la grande maleducazione e impreparazione da parte dei recruiter delle aziende italiane.
La mia valutazione, essendo anche io un recruiter in Germania, è pertanto negativa!
On 22.3.2019 I sent an email to request an appointment for an interview.
I did not receive an automatic reply (as is the case with the Adecco offices in Germany) or a phone call.
Once again this confirms the great rudeness and lack of preparation on the part of recruiters of Italian companies.
My assessment, since I am also a recruiter in Germany, is therefore negative!
