Io farei così: -Leggo il CV -Se qualcosa non mi è chiaro chiamo per conferma -Se il candidato mi sembra idoneo fisso il colloquio! In fine dite pure tranquillamente in faccia se non ritenete qualcuno idoneo! Tirate fuori il carattere oppure cambiate lavoro. Bad experience, very kind girls but a real waste of time. Before setting up (yet another) cognitive interview, read the CV! I would do like this: -I read the CV -If something is not clear to me, I call for confirmation -If the candidate seems suitable to me, I will fix the interview! Finally, say quietly to your face if you don't think someone is suitable! Bring out the font or change jobs.

A maggior ragione in un periodo di crisi come questo, penso sia proprio l’atteggiamento da non adottare con le persone. Ci tengo a precisare che sono stato educato, ho semplicemente cambiato idea su un colloquio per via del contratto proposto e per motivi familiari delicati (non ha avuto nemmeno un po’ di sensibilità a riguardo). Mi dispiace che per dipendenti del genere, si rovini l’immagine di un’azienda. Personale incompetente e veramente poco professionale, non ti richiamano e mi chiedo se chi fa selezione sia in grado di leggere un curriculum vitae e capire con quale annunci/selezioni potrebbe essere in linea perché cosi proprio non pare. State pure tranquilli che se avete le skills richieste e addirittura dal loro sito risultate con il 100% del matching con uno o più annunci non verrete mai contatti o selezionati per essi. Per non parlare di annunci lasciati pubblicati sul sito settimane che non vengo tolti anche se le selezioni non sono più attive e quando li contatti per avere informazioni sulla selezione ti rispondono serenamente che l'azienda cliente il gg dopo la pubblicazione ha detto di avere trovato il candidato direttamente da sola...(bhe chiediamoci il perché a questo punto...) Quindi giustamente lasciano pubblicati annunci per selezioni non attive ad inoltranza. E nell'ultimo periodo peggiorano facendoti contatare da personale evidentemente molto giovane e senza esperienza che ti contata maldestramente con toni direi alquanto scazzati per non si capisce quale annuncio e dicendoti dopo una maldestra telefonata si ma poi la riconteremo o la richiamerà il collega che si occupa della selezione e ovviamente non lo fanno.
