venerdi mattina vado per chiedere se ci sono pomodori, Mi dicono che sono finiti e che forse arrivano lunedì. Chiedo gentilmente, nel caso, di tenermene da parte due cassette. Un mio conoscente va lo stesso venerdì e gliene vendono otto cassette!!!!!! Strano, chissà da dove sono arrivate. Il lunedì mattina chiamo per chiedere se sono arrivati i pomodori e malamente mi dicono che non ce ne sono più. Alla mia rimostranza che mi avevano promesso di tenermene due cassette da parte mi riattaccano il telefono in faccia in malo modo. Se questo significa saper trattare i clienti.... complimenti!

Friday morning I go to ask if there are tomatoes, they tell me that they are finished and that maybe they arrive on Monday. I kindly ask you to keep two boxes aside. An acquaintance of mine goes the same Friday and they sell him eight cassettes !!!!!! Strange, who knows where they came from. On Monday morning I call to ask if the tomatoes have arrived and they badly tell me that there are no more. To my complaint that I had been promised to keep two cassettes aside I hang up the phone badly in the face. If this means knowing how to treat customers .... congratulations!
