★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande esperienza di panificatore perché proviene da una famiglia di panificatori. E' l'unico panificio a Messina che produce in casa il Bratzel. Mi dispiace solo per l'estetica del locale che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antico panificio a gestione familiare. Produce pane focacce e dolci di ottima qualità senza utilizzare la farina doppio zero "00" , notoriamente dannosa per la salute. Anche i pericolosi grassi idrogenati (margarine) sono assenti dai suoi prodotti a favore dei grassi naturali (olio, burro o strutto).
Tutto questo è apprezzato da chi pone attenzione alla scelta degli alimenti migliori, soprattutto per quelli di uso quotidiano.
La bontà dei prodotti fa chiudere un occhio sul locale che appare datato.
Ancient family-run bakery. It produces excellent quality focaccia bread and desserts without using "zero" double zero flour, which is notoriously harmful to health. Even dangerous hydrogenated fats (margarines) are absent from its products in favor of natural fats (oil, butter or lard).
All this is appreciated by those who pay attention to the choice of the best foods, especially for those of daily use.
The goodness of the products makes you turn a blind eye to the place that appears dated.
