★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavamo da tempo un ristorante in Oltrepó pavese che non proponesse i soliti piatti della tradizione ma più innovativo. Ci imbattiamo quasi per caso in questo locale a Santa Maria della Versa e con grande sorpresa troviamo uno dei migliori ristoranti mai frequentati in tutta la provincia di Pavia. Locale molto intimo e raffinato, con pochi tavoli senza tovagliato che danno un tocco di modernità a tutto l’ambiente. Chef giovane ma con molta esperienza in cucine stellate e lo si percepisce molto bene in ogni suo piatto. Materie prime di altissimo livello, piatti cucinati e presentati con grandissima cura. Noi abbiamo mangiato dall’antipasto al dolce ed ogni piatto è stata una piacevole scoperta. Indescrivibile l’Uovo pochè e il Limone nero iraniano come dolce. Accostamento dei vini a dir poco perfetto. Complimenti per il servizio molto attento e simpatico da parte del maître. Rapporto qualità prezzo tra i migliori mai trovati. Purtroppo non è possibile dare più di 5 stelle che secondo noi in questo caso sono addirittura poche. Locale da consigliare assolutamente e senza esitazioni.
We had been looking for a long time for a restaurant in Oltrepó Pavese that did not offer the usual traditional dishes but more innovative. We come across this place in Santa Maria della Versa almost by chance and to our great surprise we find one of the best restaurants ever visited in the whole province of Pavia. Very intimate and refined place, with a few tables without tablecloths that give a touch of modernity to the whole environment. Young chef but with a lot of experience in starred kitchens and it can be perceived very well in each of his dishes. Raw materials of the highest level, dishes cooked and presented with great care. We ate from appetizer to dessert and each dish was a pleasant discovery. The egg pochè and the Iranian black lemon as a dessert are indescribable. Perfect combination of wines to say the least. Congratulations on the very attentive and friendly service from the maître. Value for money among the best ever found. Unfortunately it is not possible to give more than 5 stars which in our opinion are very few in this case. Local to be recommended absolutely and without hesitation.
