In caso di problemi non rispondono adeguatamente e non riescono a risolvere il problema, fatturano forniture di altri clienti alle persone sbagliate ed inoltre riescono anche a prendersi i soldi direttamente dal conto di una terza persona senza autorizzazione. Nel 2017 abbiamo avuto lo stesso problema che sembrava risolto, ma dopo 5 anni ci risiamo e la somma non è poco, parliamo di oltre 540 Euro per un allaccio a noi sconosciuto e nessuno di acquedottolucano riesce a risolvere il problema, nemmeno l'operatore di zona.
