★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto effettuare una riparazione della mia caldaia Immergas dalla ditta Acquanatura srl di Grandate (CO). Esperienza pessima! Infatti un dipendente della ditta è venuto una prima volta a casa per verificare l'anomalia della caldaia. Il tempo per accertarsi del motivo del malfunzionamen. Successivamente è venuto per cambiarmi una valvola scambiatrice normalmente venduta su Ebay al costo di 80,00 euro. Dopo aver effettuato la riparazione nel tempo di circa un'ora (tra l'altro l'operaio si è assentato anche un quarto d'ora per usufruire del mio bagno di casa per i propri bisogni, mi ha presentato il conto. Ebbene udite udite, totale 250,00 euro + IVA, quindi un totale di euro 300,00 che sommati ai precedenti 80,00 euro fanno un totale di euro 380,00!!!!! Non ho parole, questo è truffare le persone! Vi consiglio di stare alla larga da questa ditta che è priva di unèetica professionale. Grazie.
