★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato e montato un camino in esposizione, mancante della griglia a marzo 2018. Pagato lo stesso giorno dell'istallazione. Gli accordi furono che mi avrebbero spedito la griglia a loro spese in pochi giorni. Con l'occasione ho chiesto se era possibile ricevere anche uno sportellino per ispezione canna fumaria che avrei pagato con bonifico bancario una volta spedito con la griglia e previa informazione delle caratteristiche tecniche e del prezzo. Dopo una moltitudine di messaggi e telefonate ogni volta con rassicurazioni che avrebbero spedito quanto prima o addirittura che avevano già spedito il materiale, finalmente il 4 giugno 2018 arriva il pacco ma per ritirarlo ho dovuto pagare 85 euro senza essere stato avvisato che avrebbero usato la formula spedizione in contrassegno e senza essere stato informato delle caratteristiche tecniche e del costo dello sportellino. Come dire, pago senza sapere nemmeno che cosa compro. Complimenti!
Purchased and mounted a fireplace on display, missing the grill in March 2018. Paid on the same day of installation. The arrangements were that they would ship the grill to me at their expense within days. On this occasion, I asked if it was possible to also receive a door for the flue inspection that I would have paid by bank transfer once it was shipped with the grill and after informing the technical characteristics and the price. After a multitude of messages and phone calls each time with reassurances that they would send as soon as possible or even that they had already sent the material, finally on June 4th 2018 the package arrives but to collect it I had to pay 85 euros without being warned that they would use the formula cash on delivery and without having been informed of the technical characteristics and cost of the door. As if to say, I pay without even knowing what I buy. Compliments!
