In una parola: la piu' frustrante esperienza che abbia mai avuto. Per me, il modo in cui hanno lavorato, li qualifica senza bisogno di aggiungere altro. Potessi, darei 0 stelle. I found them bad, from every point of view. First installment paid on March 3, 2021, swimming pool delivered July 20, 2021. In one word: the most frustrating experience I've ever had. For me, the way they have worked qualifies them without adding anything else. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

I lavori sono stati eseguiti nei tempi previsti, i preventivi (incredibile) rispettati ed i cambiamenti sempre notificati e concordati in anticipo. Le (fortunatamente poche) sorprese e gli imprevisti sono stati tutti gestiti senza lasciare che degenerassero in strascichi negativi. Se, come me qualche mese fa, state anche solo vagamente pensando di realizzare una piscina, vi suggerisco di tenere in considerazione la possibilità di fare due chiacchiere con Acqua Spa. Magari rimarrà solo un'idea, ed invece magari diventerà una realtà. Acqua Spa has realized what seemed to be destined to remain a dream, making it achievable through professionalism and competence and also (which never hurts ...) reasonable commercial and economic conditions. The works were carried out on schedule, the estimates (incredible) respected and the changes always notified and agreed in advance. The (fortunately few) surprises and unforeseen events were all handled without letting them degenerate into negative aftermath. If, like me a few months ago, you are even vaguely thinking of building a swimming pool, I suggest you consider having a chat with Acqua Spa. Maybe it will remain just an idea, and instead maybe it will become a reality.

Il fiore all'occhiello dell'azienda è soprattutto il servizio post vendita di risoluzione dei piccoli problemi, ma importanti, relativi alla clorazione e alla gestione della piscina stessa. Il Geom. Mattia ad ogni ora del giorno risponde prontamente e risolve il problema; in casi complessi è sul posto senza difficoltà. Concedo 5 stelle solo perchè non c'è la sesta.
