★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Prenotato un premio(che preciso, NON ERA esaurito, altrimenti non lo avrebbero potuto prenotare..) con raccolta bolle più contributo in denaro a dicembre. Siamo a metà febbraio e ancora non l'ho ricevuto. Sono passata a chiedere spiegazioni mi è stato detto che il premio è esaurito. Intanto si sono presi i miei soldi a dicembre, assicurandomi che il prodotto c'era. Fra l'altro nn c'è modo di mettersi in contatto coi "signori" di Acqua&Sapone nemmeno online. Farò ricorso a tutela consumatori. Che delusione!! Per fortuna che strombazzano la loro "attenzione al cliente". Senza vergogna!! Se avessi potuto avrei dato -5 stelle!?
 Very bad. Booked a prize (which I precise, it WAS NOT sold out, otherwise they could not have booked it ..) with bubble collection plus cash contribution in December. We are in mid-February and I still haven't received it. I went to ask for explanations, I was told that the prize has run out. Meanwhile, they took my money in December, making sure that the product was there. Among other things, there is no way to get in touch with the "gentlemen" of Acqua & Sapone even online. I will resort to consumer protection. What a disappointment!! Fortunately, they trumpet their "customer focus". Shameless!! If I could have given -5 stars! ?

As soon as I got off work, to buy just one item at 7.30pm, I was kicked out despite the fact that the center closed at 8pm. This is not correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad Aprilia ci sono molti negozi sempre della stessa catena Acqua e Sapone, in via Toscanini c’è un parcheggio riservato, il negozio è un po’ più piccolo degli altri ma è sempre ben fornito e soprattutto pulito, cosa non da poco oggi.
I prezzi non sono sempre competitivi rispetto a quello che c’è sulla piazza i prodotti a marchio Acqua e Sapone invece sono buoni e vantaggiosi.
Scelgo loro per il personale sempre sorridente e cordiale oltre che disponibile a consigliarti
Da Acqua e Sapone in via Toscanini hanno una marcia in più, hanno voglia di lavorare e si vede da come mantengono in ottimo stato il punto vendita, entrato due settimane fa con forte ritardo erano quasi in chiusura mi hanno accompagnato senza mettermi fretta sulla scelta giusta e mi hanno anche fatto la confezione regalo nonostante ripeto le ho fatte sforare con l’orario di chiusura.
Acqua e Sapone non è oltre la convenienza ma è oltre sull’attenzione che hanno per il cliente.
Consiglio vivamente come punto vendita
In Aprilia there are many shops of the same Acqua e Sapone chain, in via Toscanini there is a reserved parking, the shop is a little smaller than the others but is always well-stocked and above all clean, which is no small feat today.
The prices are not always competitive compared to what is on the market. The Acqua and Sapone brand products, on the other hand, are good and advantageous.

At Acqua e Sapone in via Toscanini they have an extra gear, they want to work and you can see how they keep the store in excellent condition, entered two weeks ago with a strong delay they were almost closing they accompanied me without rushing me on the right choice and they also made me the gift box although I repeat I made them exceed the closing time.
Acqua e Sapone is not beyond convenience but is beyond the attention they have for the customer.
