Entrando ho incontrato 3 vostre dipendenti.. Una con i capelli rossicci, una ragazza riccia scura ed una piccolina con i capelli scuri. Dopo averle salutate ho sentito un commento poco piacevole nei miei riguardi... Vorrei ricordarvi che le vostre dipendenti dovrebbero servire i clienti con educazione e non passare il loro tempo lavorativo a giudicare.... Visto che siamo noi clienti che vi portiamo i soldi e di conseguenza lo stipendio a loro. M	Manuela Manzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molti prodotti per la pulizia e igienizzazione della casa,tutto l'occorrente per un perfetto bucato,vasta scelta di profumi dai più ricercati a quelli molto economici e moltissimi prodotti per la cura del corpo, commesse gentili e disponibili,facendo la tessera da loro si gode di sconti e promozioni esclusive,il negozio è un po' fuori mano lo si raggiunge solo in macchina perché è situato sullo stradone ma quando si arriva c'è un comodo e vasto parcheggio, in più è adiacente a un supermercato e un negozio con articoli per animali consigliato ?? L	Lisa Antonucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella perché meno non è possibile Sono cliente A&S da diversi anni, sono solita lasciare sui 200€ al mese che per quando poco possa essere danno una minima parte di stipendio ad ogni dipendente i quali dovrebbero trattare con educazione i clienti. Passo per gli scaffali con il mio compagno ridendo e scherzando e davanti a noi una commessa con capelli lisci e neri che in modo provocatorio si china a 90 per caricare gli scaffali, ritengo tale gesto non rispettoso nei confronti dei clienti e della donna stessa che con tale atteggiamento è risultata volgare. Come donna alla vista di altre ragazze disposte a tali atteggiamenti senza un minimo rispetto per sé stesse ed il proprio corpo mi vergogno di essere Donna. Poco dopo le chiedo informazioni riguardo al costo di deodoranti sparsi a caso nello scaffale, mischiati nelle loro feegrenze e con prezzi incomprensibili, lei risponde in maniera scocciata e scontata facendomi passare per una cretina così decido di acquistare il deodorante in un altro negozio. Presa dai miei acquisti inevitabilmente assisto ad un dibattito ad alta voce tra due dipendenti uomo e donna nonché la stessa citata in precedenza i quali palesemente spasimanti percepito dai loro atteggiamenti e dal modo servizievole con cui dialogano, ritengo che in un luogo di lavoro i rapporti relazionali non debbano essere percepiti dai clienti o almeno non in questa modalità. Detto questo la stessa dipendente quando è in cassa è sempre svogliata e risponde in modo sgarbato fatto sta che quando faccio la spesa o meglio facevo la spesa presso il vostro punto ventida speravo sempre di trovare in cassa le due commesse bionde alle quale posso fare i complimenti per la loro gentilezza e cortesia sempre sorridenti. 1 star because less is not possible I have been an A&S customer for several years, I usually leave about € 200 per month which, for when it may be little, give a minimum part of salary to each employee who should treat customers with politeness. Taken from my purchases, I inevitably witness a loud debate between two male and female employees as well as the same one mentioned above who clearly suitors perceived by their attitudes and by the helpful way in which they communicate, I believe that in a workplace relational relationships they must not be perceived by customers or at least not in this way. Having said that, the same employee when she is at the checkout is always listless and replies in a rude way the fact is that when I do the shopping or rather I did the shopping at your point twenty-eight I always hoped to find the two blonde shop assistants to whom I can compliment for their kindness and courtesy always smiling.
