Da volantino acquisto acqua micellare garnier e una maschera in tessuto garnier ma guarda caso il prodotto in regalo ovvero una maschera occhi all’acido ialuronico garnier era terminata IL PRIMO GIORNO DI OFFERTA!! Torno dopo qualche giorno ma la maschera ancora non era arrivata e la commessa prende dagli scaffali sotto la cassa una maschera a caso della Lycia assolutamente orribile. Io non ho parole.... ma perché queste prese in giro??? Attendo risposte. Bad experience! From the flyer, I bought micellar water garnier and a mask in garnier fabric but coincidentally the gift product or a hyaluronic acid eye mask garnier was over ON THE FIRST DAY OF OFFER !! I come back after a few days but the mask still hadn't arrived and the saleswoman takes a random mask of Lycia absolutely horrible from the shelves under the counter. I have no words .... but why these teasing ??? I await answers.

Peccato che nn hanno mai gli omaggi abbinati all'acquisto di alcuni prodotti (o dicono di tornare, o rifilano un altro omaggio). Quite well-stocked place and only the products on offer (which are often missing from the shelves) are convenient. Too bad they never have the gifts combined with the purchase of some products (or they say to come back, or they give another gift).

Ho preso un prodotto che era stato inserito in offerta e invece alla cassa lo hanno passato a prezzo pieno e quando ho chiesto un rimborso (me ne sono accorta subito dopo essere uscita dal negozio) mi è stato negato. Purtroppo è la terza volta che fanno questi giochetti For the third time I had a negative experience in this store.
