★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispetto al giorno di apertura era praticamente vuota, anche se i prodotti all'interno variano di qualità e prezzo, quindi vasta scelta, trovo sempre ciò che mi serve o eventualmente una variante valida. Ottime le offerte e gli omaggi che vengono dati in caso di acquisti suggeriti.
Manca un po' di attenzione all'esposizione, ma nel complesso sufficiente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è tutto a prezzi ottimi. Non andate a esselunga a prendere detersivi e quant'altro x la casa. Fate 300 metri in più in macchina e qui risparmiate tanto. Su un prodotto Cif a slunga c'era 1.50 di differenza a favore di acqua e sapone come dire quasi 2 caffè offerti

1 le cassiere devono fare il loro lavoro e non hanno tanto da fare oltre a smagnetizzare i prodotti, stornarli o dare il resto scritto sulla cassa.
2 la comunicazione deve essere chiara e cortese, e in caso ci fosse qualche incomprensione, le cassiere non devono avere tono sgarbato e riprovevole e non si devono permettere di fare battute o dire che il cliente non ha capito... Non deve essere un problema, una persona professionale ripete con il sorriso e sta zitta
3 se il cliente cambia idea su un prodotto, le cassiere non possono rispondere: "Ormai l'ho passato il prodotto"... Una persona professionale dice che non c'è problema, lo storno, non risponde :io te l'ho detto sei tu che non hai capito.... Era domenica per tutti ma se scegliete persone che non reggono lo stress non assumete maleducate e insolenti. Non ci tornerò mai più

2 communication must be clear and courteous, and in case there is any misunderstanding, the cashiers must not be rude and reprehensible and must not allow themselves to make jokes or say that the customer has not understood ... It must not be a problem , a professional person repeats with a smile and is silent
3 if the customer changes his mind about a product, the cashiers cannot answer: "I have now passed the product" ... A professional person says that there is no problem, the reversal, he does not answer: I have it said you are the one who did not understand .... It was Sunday for everyone but if you choose people who can not stand stress do not assume rude and insolent. I will never go back

Soap and water is well stocked. Unfortunately, I didn't find enough choice in biodegradable shampoos and conditioners.
