★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato depuratore ad osmosi sotto-lavello con rubinetto separato presso di loro, a distanza di poche settimane dall'installazione l'impianto entrava in funzione in modo intermittente per pochi secondi con rischio rottura della pompa elettrica che si azionava ogni minuto, generando un disagio rumoroso che costringeva a spegnere l'interruttore di tensione dopo ogni utilizzo e quindi rendendo l'apparecchio non più conforme.
dopo avere contattato l'assistenza mi hanno sostituito una valvola elettrostatica obbligandomi al pagamento di 70€ nonostante il prodotto fosse coperto da GARANZIA e cosa peggiore senza arrivare a capo al problema.
DA SOLO ho sostituito il rubinetto che non chiudeva bene, ora funziona! dell'assistenza me ne occupo io...sono più "bravo"
I purchased an under-sink osmosis purifier with separate tap at their side, a few weeks after installation the system started to work intermittently for a few seconds with the risk of breaking the electric pump that was activated every minute, causing discomfort noisy which forced to turn off the voltage switch after each use and therefore making the appliance no longer compliant.
after contacting the assistance they replaced an electrostatic valve forcing me to pay 70 € despite the product being covered by a WARRANTY and worst of all without solving the problem.
ALONE I replaced the tap that did not close properly, now it works! I'll take care of the assistance ... I'm more "good"
