Ho acquistato pochi giorni fa il materiale per l'impianto elettrico di un appartamento spendendo oltre 1000 euro.
In fase di istallazione del suddetto impianto mi sono accorto che le placche copri interruttore erano diversi di quelli da me ordinati, e di serie diversa degli interruttori stessi.
Pertanto mi sono recato presso questo negozio e, nonostante abbiano ammesso la colpa per l' errore commesso in fase di preparazione dell'ordine, abbiano trovato la copia commissione e il pagamento da me effettuato, si sono rifiutati di effettuare la sostituzione delle placche, anche a condizioni di rimettere la cifra in più da me pagata, solo perché ho smarrito lo scontrino fiscale.
Una vergogna, non ci si comporta così con i clienti.
Negative experience.
A few days ago I purchased the material for the electrical installation of an apartment spending over 1000 euros.
During the installation of the aforementioned system, I realized that the switch cover plates were different from those I ordered, and different of the switches themselves.
Therefore I went to this shop and, despite having admitted the guilt for the mistake made during the preparation of the order, found the commission copy and the payment made by me, they refused to carry out the replacement of the plates, also on condition of remitting the extra amount I paid, just because I lost the receipt.
A shame, you don't behave like that with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buongiorno non è tanto l'errore umano, che si può e si deve comprendere , perchè solo chi non fa nulla non sbaglia, ma è la gestione dell' errore stesso; mi hanno consegnato un cavo , dopo varie attese e dopo aver capito che lo stesso non era compreso con la lampada da noi scelta, quindi aggiunta di soldi al prezzo iniziale, ma uno dei tre cavi era stato utilizzato, è risultato utilizzato vi era del nastro isolante e i cavi erano già stati "spellati"; morale della favola, fatto presente inviata email al punto vendita ed al responsabile del punto vendita, nessuno mi ha contattato nemmeno per delle semplici scuse.
