Occorre innanzitutto fare una precisazione: l'ente a cui lei si è rivolta per la lista delle badanti NON E' il PATRONATO ACLI, ma il Circolo Acli di Lugo (sono due cose assolutamente diverse). A me non risulta di aver fornito alcun dato alla badante, sono infatti consapevole di tutto ciò che deriva dal fornire dati privati. E quando, qui in sede, vi chiedo i dati personali, vi fornisco l'assicurazione (vocale) che i dati non saranno resi pubblici. Come lei stessa afferma, vi siete parlate qui in sede e io non so che dati possiate esservi scambiate. La badante, da me interrogata in proposito, afferma che è stata lei stessa signora Francis P. a chiamarla, così ha rimasto il suo nr. in memoria. In ogni caso, ritengo che lei avrebbe potuto contattarmi subito appena visto l'insistenza di tale badante; l'avrei infatti immediatamente richiamata e risolto il problema. Ho pagato il tesseramento ed essendo lì presente una badante tra quelle nella lista, mi ha chiesto di fermarmi e abbiamo parlato per un po'. Ci siamo poi salutate e le ho detto che avevamo già una persona, ma se avessimo avuto bisogno le avrei fatto sapere. Oggi ho ricevuto numerose chiamate da parte sua senza che io abbia mai condiviso il numero con lei, ragione per cui ho dedotto che le sia stato dato dal patronato con il quale lei si è lamentata di non aver saputo nulla (le avevo assolutamente detto di accettare altre offerte che fossero arrivate perché comunque noi avevamo già una persona in prova). Trovo assolutamente GRAVISSIMO questo fatto di aver ceduto il mio numero di telefono a una persona di questa lista. Sarebbe da denuncia. Ho ricevuto chiamate insistenti e pressioni da questa persona che vuole ancora la ricontatti. Datevi una letta alla nuova normativa sulla privacy (soprattutto l'accondiscendente che ha ceduto il mio numero) perché un fatto come questo può farvi chiudere. GRAVISSIMO. Absolutely speechless.
